• The Promotion Period is from 27 March to 30 April 2008.

• A holder of a DFS Certificate shall be entitled to use the DFS Certificate valued at a credit value of S$40 against any purchase at the Participating Stores. The DFS Certificates will be valid for use during and after the Promotion Period and will expire on December 31, 2009. However, a customer is not entitled to a DFS Certificate for any transaction for which he/she utilizes a DFS Certificate as payment for part or all of the transaction.

A DFS Certificate will be given only if a customer shows a record of the charges which prove a purchase of goods in a single receipt worth over S$400 including tax, using a MasterCard branded card in a single receipt at the Participating Stores and is qualified as an eligible person by MasterCard Asia/Pacific Pte Ltd (“MAPPL”) and by DFS. A maximum of two (2) DFS Certificates shall be issued for purchase of goods in a single receipt worth at least S$800 and above (including tax). The number of DFS Certificates that a cardholder may be issued with for qualifying purchases shall be limited to two (2) DFS Certificates per cardholder per day during the Promotion Period.

• The offer of the Promotion cannot be combined with any other discounted coupons or promotional offers.

• The DFS Certificates cannot be redeemable for cash.

• The use of DFS Certificates cannot be combined with the use of any other discount coupons or promotional offers.

• Customers may not transfer or sell their rights to the DFS Certificates to a third party under any circumstances.

• If a DFS Certificate is tendered at the Participating Stores for a purchase of less than S$40, the credit represented by the DFS Certificate shall be fully applied against the amount of the purchase of less than S$40, and the customer shall not be entitled to receive the difference in cash. For further instructions on the use of the DFS Certificates, please refer to the terms and conditions printed on the back of the DFS Certificates.

• Both the period of the use of a MasterCard branded card and the Promotion Period are indicated in Singapore time.

• Please note that the Promotion may be cancelled or postponed or the Promotion content changed at either of MAPPL or DFS’ discretion for any reason whatsoever including without limitation natural disasters or political situations.

• A customer is deemed to have agreed to the above terms and conditions by entering into this Promotion.

• MAPPL does not assume any responsibility for the DFS Certificate, goods and services offered under the Promotion. The goods and services are sold and provided solely by DFS and its affiliated companies, under such terms and conditions as determined by them, and MAPPL accepts no liability whatsoever in connection with such goods and services. The goods and services have not been certified by MAPPL and under no circumstances shall the inclusion of any good or service in the Promotion be construed as an endorsement or recommendation of such product or service by MAPPL.

• If any of the provisions of these terms and conditions becomes or is invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any respect under any law, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not in any way be affected or impaired.
